Because our products are handcrafted, natural variations in shape, texture, and color are expected and not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

At the moment, purchases are not processed online. Once online sales begin:

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
